Flight Deal: JetBlue 2-Day Flash Sale With Fares from $34
Name the place—you can probably get there for cheap.
If you’ve been waiting for the excuse to break your routine, this just might be it. Dubbed the “Aquairius Sale,” JetBlue is currently running a two-day flash sale for more than 200 routes around the country—as well as a few select international destinations. This isn’t for the indecisive: Flights are selling out quickly, and you need to book by 11:59 p.m. Eastern on January 25 to get the killer deals.
Looking for a quick short-haul flight somewhere? Flights from Boston to New York(both Newark and LaGuardia) are available for $34 one way, as well as trips between Las Vegas and Long Beach, California. If the charming town of Savannah, Georgia—among our readers’ favorite small cities in the U.S. for good reason—has been on your list for a while but you just haven’t found space in your schedule to make it work, now is the time: Flights from New York-JFK are just $49. There are even a few deals that seem catered towards Northeasterners with the winter blues: You can get to sunny Fort Lauderdale from Buffalo and Pittsburgh for $54, and from New York-LGA for just $64.
If getting out off the mainland for a spell right now is more appealing—we can’t imagine why—there are ridiculously cheap options, too. Fly from New YorkJFK to Bermuda for $74; Orlando to the Bahamas for $74; New York-JFK to Barbados, the Turks and Caicos, or Curaçao for $129, $139, and $149 respectively; and a whole lot more. For extra inspiration, consider that Barbados’s Holders Season, one of the largest performing arts festivals in the Caribbean, occurs in March, and that Curaçao celebrates carnival for most of February, with daily parades taking over the streets.
Of course, like all crazy deals, this one’s got some restrictions. You’ll need to take some vacation days, as the sale is limited to travel on Tuesday and Wednesdays between February 1 and May 24, 2017, with blackout dates on February 21 and 22 and April 11 and 12 for all destinations, plus additional blackouts for specific dates in specific destinations.
